1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small files stored on a device. Similar technologies include browser local/session storage and security tokens. They can remember a session, protect an account, retain a preference or measure website use.
2. Strictly necessary technologies
The corporate portal uses browser session or local storage to keep an authenticated user signed in according to the “keep me signed in” choice. Supabase authentication and hosting/security systems may use necessary identifiers to provide login, prevent misuse and deliver the requested service.
These technologies are required for a service explicitly requested by the user and do not require optional marketing consent, but they are still described transparently.

3. Analytics and marketing
The current release does not intentionally set advertising cookies. Non-essential analytics, advertising pixels or similar technologies must not be activated before the user gives valid consent. If such tools are added, this policy and the consent controls must be updated first.
4. Managing storage
You can delete website data using browser settings. Blocking necessary storage may prevent login or booking functions from working. Withdrawing optional consent must be as easy as giving it and must not prevent access to core services.
